A young executive (Dane DeHaan) is sent to retrieve his company's CEO from a mysterious "wellness center" in the Swiss Alps. He discovers the center is run by a mad baron (Jason Isaacs) who uses the patients' bodies to produce a regenerative fluid, and the "cure" involves incest, forced eugenics, and immortal Nazi-esque experiments.
