For years, the black sheep of the 3D universe has been Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories . Originally trapped on the PSP (and later a clunky PS2 port), it told one of the best origin stories in the series—how Toni Cipriani went from made man to capo di tutti capi. But PC players?
