From the home screen, go to Menu > Settings .
Tap Phone management > Factory settings (or Restore factory settings ).

Keep holding all four keys. The phone will vibrate and try to turn on. Do not release the keys.
Ensure the phone is completely powered off. If it is frozen, remove the back cover, take out the battery, wait 10 seconds, and put the battery back in. Do not turn the phone on. From the home screen, go to Menu > Settings
While still holding those three keys, press and hold the Volume Down key as well. You are now holding 4 keys.
