LOGLINE In a neon-drenched 2025 Manila, a guilt-ridden enforcer known only as “Kamsin” hunts a supernatural child-kali (goddess of time & destruction) who offers to erase the one night that shattered his soul—but the price is a cycle of violence that never ends. 2. SYNOPSIS (Spoiler-free) Act I Kamsin (mid-30s, ex-military, now a “cleaner” for an underground syndicate) lives by a strict ritual: every midnight, he carves a notch into his left arm—one for each life he took during the Kali Massacre (a failed raid three years ago). His handler, Astra , a cold AI-human hybrid, assigns him to terminate a rogue entity disrupting the city’s memory servers.

The entity is Kali (appearing as a 12-year-old girl in a glowing hoodie), a time-shard born from a broken prayer. She doesn’t kill—she rewinds victims into their worst memory, trapping them forever. Kamsin tracks her to an abandoned Sogo Hotel, where she reveals she knows his secret: during the massacre, he didn’t just kill enemies—he hesitated, and because of that hesitation, a child died.
