"Social media affects mental health." (Too vague, obvious.) Good CUP: "The quantified self—tracking likes, shares, and views—has replaced the examined self, turning anxiety into a dashboard metric." (Specific, surprising, arguable.) If they lean in, you've succeeded

Every sentence must earn the right to exist. Length is a privilege granted by the reader's patience.
