Use the -t cdrom flag:

mount d c:\games\mygamecd -t cdrom If you are mounting an actual ISO file (not a folder): mscdex driver not installed dosbox

DOSBox sees this as a hard drive folder. It won't look for MSCDEX there. Use the -t cdrom flag: mount d c:\games\mygamecd
