During spectral analysis of Log #447, at 00:03:21 (timestamp of D-9982’s final transmission), a faint, low-frequency vocalization was detected beneath the pneumatic hisses. Isolated and amplified, it approximates human speech in reverse. Reversed, it says:

Access to SCP-3008 is restricted to D-class personnel and Level 2 researchers. Personnel entering SCP-3008 must be equipped with a 72-hour survival pack, a GPS tracker modified for dimensional drift, and a marked tether line. Exit is only possible during the “closing event” when SCP-3008-1 instances cease hostile behavior for a 3–11 minute window.
