Introduction RayCity (known in some regions as RayCity Online ) was a massively multiplayer online racing game (MMORPG) developed by J2M Software and published by gPotato (a subsidiary of Gala-Net) in North America and Europe from 2009 to 2011. Unlike traditional racing games that focused solely on track competition, RayCity blended open-world driving, vehicle customization, and RPG-style quest progression.
