If you own an Android device based on Unisoc (Spreadtrum) processors (common in brands like Itel, Tecno, Infinix, and some Blackview or Doogee models), you may have encountered S1 Boot mode. This mode is used for low-level flashing, unbricking, or restoring IMEI. However, Windows 10 x64 often fails to recognize the device automatically, leaving it as an "Unknown Device" in Device Manager.

Once installed, you’ll be able to flash custom recoveries, unbrick your device, or perform low-level maintenance on Unisoc-powered phones. Have you successfully installed the driver? If you still see a yellow exclamation mark, try a different USB cable or reinstall the driver in Safe Mode.
