I’ve interpreted "Ullu" (which means "Owl" in Hindi/Urdu, but also slang for "fool") and left the location blank for you to fill in.

They said wisdom comes at night. So why is it 3 AM and I’m still wandering these streets, staring at trees, asking stray dogs if they’ve seen a round-eyed bird with questionable judgment?
