Capcom officially stated that Sengoku Basara sales in the West were too low after the poorly received Devil Kings (censored SB1) and the niche PS3 ports. Sumeragi remains Japanese text only on PSN Japan, though a fan translation patch exists for emulated PS3 versions (RPCS3).
A 9/10 Japanese-exclusive action masterpiece. Accessible only via import or emulation with fan translation, but unmatched in character variety and combo freedom.
